At Success Hacker, we are committed to providing high-quality immigration advice and application support. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place.
1. Consultation Services
All payments for consultations (whether in-person or via video call) are non-refundable, unless:

The consultation was cancelled by us

You cancel at least 24 hours in advance
If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
2. Visa Application Assistance
Once work has begun on your visa application, including document reviews, preparation, or submission, the service is considered partially or fully rendered, and no refunds will be provided for completed.
However, if you choose to cancel your application before any work has started or before all agreed-upon services have been completed, we will make an assessment to determine a fair & reasonable refund.
3. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to:

Service Delivery Policy
At present, we do not sell any products. We currently only provide services relating to immigration advice consultancy & visa application processing.
If any such services are delayed, clients will be notified in writing as soon as practicable & given the option to terminate services or obtain a fair & reasonable refund under the circumstances as outlined in the client's written service agreement.
Our Licensed Immigration Advisers are required by law to act in accordance with the Immigration Advisers Authority's Code of Conduct 2014 when providing immigration advice-related services to migrants.
All the terms of our services will be outlined in your written agreement & the important details of this contractual document will be explained to prior to signing. We cannot represent clients under any circumstances without a written agreement in place.
