Service Description
Upon completion, you'll receive an EMAIL SUMMARY of our discussion that contains our INITIAL eligibility/risk assessment. A full consultation that allows us to make a DETAILED determination of your OVERALL eligibility for your desired visa application. This does NOT include any document review or feedback. Our Visa Doctor add-on provides the opportunity for DIY'ers to get professional feedback on their documents before submission. We'll ask you some questions to establish your background & circumstances. This consultation will take place via TEAMS at the scheduled time. We will also accept requests for telephone (call) or in-person consultations where appropriate. Upon completion, you'll receive a WRITTEN REPORT containing a summary of our discussion & an eligibility/risk assessment.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: If you're unable to attend your consultation, please cancel/reschedule your booking AT LEAST ONE HOUR before your consultation commences or contact us at info@successhackernz.com to manage your booking. If you fail to notify us AT LEAST ONE HOUR before your consultation commences, you will forfeit your booking. If payment was made in advance, you will be refunded the full service fee. PAYMENT: By booking this service, you agree to the payment terms & conditions (payments are collected IN ADVANCE, the applicable service fees are detailed on the Bookings page). You will be asked to CONFIRM THIS IN WRITING before your consultation commences. REFUNDS: Refund requests cannot be processed after services have already been provided*. Should you have a change of mind before your booking commences, please see the cancellation clause. *Where grossly incorrect advice was provided (not advice that has been outdated by a change of instructions), a fair & reasonable refund assessment will be performed. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By booking this service, you agree that your personal information submitted through this booking may be used to provide the booked services to you. You also consent to your personal information being shared with the provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser's supervisor for quality control purposes. You will be asked to CONFIRM THIS IN WRITING before your consultation commences. If you do not consent, your personal information will be anonymised & only your general circumstances will be shared for quality control purposes. RECORDINGS: If consultations will be recorded, you will be notified ahead of time. You will be asked to CONFIRM THIS IN WRITING before your booking commences. We prefer not to record consultations to allow an open space for clients to disclose their complex immigration matters in confidence. In either case, your confidentiality is maintained by the provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser & their supervisor, unless your express written consent is obtained to share your personal information with Immigration New Zealand or other third parties.
