Service Description
A full consultation that allows us to make a detailed determination of your eligibility for your desired visa application. This does NOT include any document review or feedback. Our Visa Doctor add-on provides the opportunity for DIY'ers to get professional feedback on their documents before submission. We'll ask you some questions to establish your background & circumstances. Upon completion, you'll receive an Letter of Advice containing a summary of our discussion & an eligibility / risk assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: If you're unable to attend your consultation booking, please cancel / reschedule your booking or contact us on info@successhackernz.com to manage your booking. If payment was made in advance, you will be refunded the full service fee. Payment: By booking this service, you agree to the payment terms & conditions (Initial Consultation payments are collected in advance, the applicable service fees are detailed on the Booking page). You will be asked to confirm this in writing before commencing with your consultation. Refunds: Refund requests cannot be processed after services have already been provided. Should you have a change of mind before your booking commences, please see the cancellation clause. Personal Information: By booking this service, you agree that your personal information submitted through this booking, may be used to provide services to you. Additionally, you consent to your personal information being shared with the provisionally Licensed Immigration Adviser's supervisor. You will be asked to confirm this in writing before your booking commences. Recordings: If consultations will be recorded, you will be notified ahead of time in order to obtain your express consent. You will be asked to confirm this in writing before your booking commences. Interpreters / Translators: If you require an Interpreter and/or translator to attend this session, please reach out to us ahead of time to arrange this. You will be asked to confirm this in writing before your booking commences.
