INZ has introduced 2 new employer-bonded visa types due to become available in December 2025. This aims to mitigate seasonal worker shortages during the seasonal peak.

More information about the criteria for these visas will be released to advisers closer to the time. Advice regarding eligibility will only be possible once the immigration rules are updated to include these criteria.
